Get to know me

Hello! My name is Carolyn.

For me, being a photographer never feels like work because when you truly love what you do, it shows. I’ve always been creative, from dancing and drawing to doing hair (I’m also a licensed cosmetologist), but photography has always had my heart. With an artistic eye, I strive to bring moments to life in a way you can truly feel.

More than delivering beautiful images, my hope is to touch lives and reflect the love of Jesus throughout the entire experience.

My husband and I used to travel the country in a converted school bus, working along the way from harvesting sugar beets to guiding zipline and white water rafting adventures. We now share life with our five crazy dogs and welcomed our sweet baby girl in October 2024. I like to say I’m a full time stay at home mom and part time photographer, because she rarely leaves my side and is my little helper. Aside from traveling I love snowboarding, all things horses, good coffee, going on walks, & making new friends!

When you’re with me, you’ll never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable or out of place behind the camera. I love building genuine connections and creating a space that feels relaxed, joyful, and inviting.
